ALL ABOUT THE OWNER

Hi, I’m Rich Evans, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over 15 years of experience in finance and leadership. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals find hope, healing, and a path forward.

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and valued. Over the years, I’ve helped countless people overcome challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s difficulties and embrace your best, most authentic self.

In our work together, I use evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. This includes relationship therapy rooted in Gottman techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a trauma-informed approach. Whether you’re seeking to strengthen your relationships, heal from past wounds, or develop tools for a more balanced life, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Outside the office, you can often find me supporting my kids at school events, fixing something around the house, or helping my wife with a project.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s also a powerful act of courage. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.
