Meet the team

Rich Evans
Licensed Therapist, Founder & Owner
“Healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming your best, most authentic self.”
As the founder of Green Leaf Counseling & Coaching, I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who is genuinely invested in your success. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, ask hard questions, and work toward meaningful change without fear of judgment.
I work with adolescents and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular focus on substance and behavioral addictions, including sex addiction and compulsive sexual behaviors, as well as betrayal trauma. I bring specialized training to this work as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate. I am also especially interested in supporting pastors, ministry leaders, and helping professionals who spend so much of their time caring for others that they rarely make space to care for themselves.
My approach is practical and collaborative, drawing on EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Method principles, depending on what each client needs. Therapy isn’t just about talking through problems. It’s about understanding what keeps you stuck and building the tools to move forward with confidence.
Everyone has a story worth understanding. Together, we’ll help yours move toward hope, healing, and lasting change.

Licensed Therapist
Life can feel overwhelming at any age, and sometimes everyone needs someone in their corner. My goal is to provide a safe, encouraging environment where children, teens, adults, and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, adjustment concerns, and difficult life transitions, including clients involved in active child welfare or family court cases. I believe every person has unique strengths, and therapy should build on those strengths while providing practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
My style is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I strive to meet each client where they are, creating a space where healing feels possible and progress happens at a pace that respects each person’s story.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m committed to helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Kelsey Dugger
Licensed Therapist
Growing up isn’t always easy, and neither is parenting. I believe therapy can give children, teens, and families a place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find healthier ways to move forward together.
I work with children as young as four through young adults, along with their families, addressing anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, trauma, school challenges, and other life transitions. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused therapies, practical coping and emotional regulation skills, play-based techniques, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, tailored to the needs of each child and family.
My approach is compassionate, patient, and collaborative. I work alongside parents and caregivers whenever appropriate to help create meaningful, lasting change beyond the therapy office.
Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, difficult behaviors, or just needs extra support during a challenging season, I’d be honored to partner with your family as you work toward healing, growth, and hope.

Megan McClain
Office Experience Manager, Green Leaf Counseling & Coaching and First Presbyterian Church of Madisonville
I serve as the Office Experience Manager for both Green Leaf Counseling & Coaching and First Presbyterian Church of Madisonville, overseeing scheduling, communication, and the day-to-day rhythm of the office.
I bring a background in healthcare administration, including revenue cycle management, patient access, and clinical coordination. I’m a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, and before joining the team, I built a reputation for bringing order and calm to a busy office, streamlining billing processes, modernizing referral workflows, and coordinating scheduling across a large team of providers.
My approach is grounded in attention to detail and genuine care. I strive to leave every situation a little better than I found it, and to treat everyone with kindness and professionalism.
Outside the office, I’m pursuing ongoing college coursework, enjoy traveling, and am an avid reader. Fun fact: I’m convinced I could pet any wild animal and come away unscathed. I look forward to welcoming you and helping make your experience with our office as smooth, comfortable, and supportive as possible.
